Women interested in joining Sigma Gamma Rho sosority, Inc. at the graduate level must possess a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.

Young ladies interested in joining at the undergraduate level must be enrolled in a bachelor-degree program at an accredited 4-year college or university OR in a liberal arts/transfer program of a junior or community college with proof of intention to enter and obtain a degree from a four-year school. Undergraduate members must also possess a 2.5 (minimum) GPA. *Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. membership requirements do not supercede the requirements of the college or university.

Lambda Epsilon Sigma specifically seeks young ladies and women who exemplify high scholastic achievement, have a proven record of service to the community, demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and have a willingness to be led.

Membership into Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is by invitation only. All prospective members must meet the minimum requirements to be considered for membership regardless of status or any past affiliations with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
